What is included in every package?

Every booking includes a full-time on-site attendant for the entire rental period, setup and breakdown at no charge, instant digital sharing so guests receive their photo or video before they leave, and a custom overlay with your event name or branding.

How long is a standard rental?

Standard rentals are 4 hours. Setup and breakdown time does not count against your 4 hours. Additional hours are available at an hourly rate.

What makes the overhead 360 different from a regular 360 booth?

Traditional 360 booths have a raised platform that guests step up onto, typically one or two at a time, while a camera arm rotates around them. Our overhead 360 mounts the camera above the group and shoots straight down. There is no platform to step up on, which means no barriers for wheelchair users, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility challenges. Up to 15 people can be in the frame at once, which creates a completely different and more dramatic visual than the standard 360 experience.

Do you serve areas outside Fairbanks?

Yes. North Pole is part of our standard service area with no travel fee. We also serve Fort Wainwright, Eielson AFB, Delta Junction, Nenana, and can travel statewide. Travel fees apply for locations outside the greater Fairbanks area.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

Yes. We believe in this community and we support the organizations doing good work in it. Reach out and mention you are a nonprofit in your inquiry and we will work with your budget.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you have a date in mind. Summer weekends and the holiday season fill up quickly. A deposit secures your date and takes it off the calendar.

What is a Mosaic Photo Booth?

The Mosaic Booth captures individual photos from each guest and combines them in real time into one large composite image that builds throughout the event. At the end of the night, guests have their individual prints and the event host walks away with a single piece of art made entirely by the crowd. We are the only company in Fairbanks offering this experience.

Can you set up at military installations like Fort Wainwright or Eielson AFB?

Yes. We are familiar with vendor access procedures at Interior Alaska military installations and can work with your event coordinator on the logistics. Reach out early so we have time to handle any base access requirements.
